Need Strategy

I'm playing at a live MTT at a local casino, and I was wondering if anyone has a basic strategy or guideline to follow for live or just MTT in general. The blind structure there is pretty high paced and I feel like I'm going to have to put my tournament life on the line alot, but does anyone have any good posts that they've saved on MTT Strat?
