Transferring between two NETeller accounts and the same IP

So I've been told this was a no-no. So if my friend has logged in to NETeller on my computer and my IP hasn't changed since then I can't send / receive money from him?

What if my IP changes? Isn't our two accounts already linked from being accessed from the same IP before?
