[/ QUOTE ] The arms down doesn't bother me, but being a fat-ass takes it's toll on your knees, and I need to be able to keep my legs stretched out from time to time to prevent them from hurting.

Book ahead on airlines that allow you to book the exit seat. This may require a call to a reservations agent and an explanation of your special needs. But, unless you plan ahead for your special needs, I will enjoy stretching myself out in the exit row seat.
