Default NeTeller being a pain in the arse?

I signed up for an account but apparently since I'm 18 and don't have much credit they don't think my social security number is valid and want me to go to my local office and them to sign off on some papers?

Anyone else know anything about this?!?!?

I signed up for NETeller, did everything, but the account never opened. I called like a month later when I need to use it, and just like that the lady opened it for me. Apparently, the problem was credit, and in this thiry day span my credit rating improved enough. I just realized this doesn't help sorry.

its not how good ur credit rating is... its whether or not u have one. they just use it to verify ur identity.
