Default Strong tight/aggressive players

has anyone got any good advice on how to deal with strong tight aggressive player sitting on your left. I always seem to lose money in this circumstance.

Failing that or if the rest of the players are bad enough to make up for it, change seats and avoid playing a pot with him unless you have a very strong hand.

It depends how tight he is. If he's really tight / aggressive you shouldn't have too much of a problem - especially if he folds on the button a lot, cause it gives you the button twice per round. If he's loose aggressive and has a stack to hurt you, then run away.
