Default passive progressing straight draw

sb just sat down
button is loose and likes to raise pf
no long histories on either.

Why? A flush draw isn't going anywhere. Do you not want his (button's) padding if you hit?

Bet the river and call a raise, and I'm folding if it gets 3 bet.

I don't see what we gain from a turn bet here.

Not betting the river is the poker equivalent to getting kicked in the nuts. I call if it comes back to me.
