Did I overplay this at all? Preflop I feel that KQ is a marginal raising hand, and I think it can go either way, so anyone with opinions about that is welcome, but I think it's a pretty reasonable raise, though I think some might not agree.

A read would really help here. Without one, I see myself playing it the way you did. The river's the only questionable hand, but you're heads up and you've only got one card in the whole deck to fear.

Oh, and the preflop raise is fine.

I am not 3-betting the river unless I read MP2 as a huge Donk-o-saurous.
