Default Whats the biggest tip youve ever seen?

I dont play live often and when I do its usually a smaller game. I think the biggest tip I've seen was maybe $20 or so. Just curious what the biggest tip some of you who player higher have seen. I imagine theres some drunks/idiots who give away a lot of money.

Bicyclekick went home around 3, but 3/6 all-star and other young 2+2ers are still there. Somehow, on my BB, we get one limper and Edge completes in the SB. I have a momentary lapse of judgment and check with 97o. I immediately recognize my mistake and begin chewing myself out. I bet an A84 flop and get a caller. I’m still enraged about the preflop check. 7 comes on the turn, I bet and get a fold from the new-guy limper. I am so pissed at myself for missing the extra $6 preflop that when the dealer starts pushing me the pot, I tell him I don’t want it. Keep it, Richard. This pushes 3/6 all-star off the edge. The look on his face will forever be etched in my memory…you could just see him trying to calculate how many ramen noodle meals that $21 could buy. It took him a good half of a hand for the magnitude of the events that just transpired to register with him so he could go tell the posse of our most recent transgression. As the dealer thanked me profusely for the tip, I replied (for the umpteenth time that evening) “I do what I can. I’m a humanitarian.”

There was a guy from LA - a movie producer or something by the name of David (aka DD). He would come into our games now and then and would often tip the whole pot. We had wild 'n crazy 10-20 kill games with $800 pots occurring quite frequently. He would be rooting like hell for a club or whatever he needed to make his flush. He would be yelling to the dealer "put a club out there, sweetheart and the pot is yours". Boom - off comes the 3c and down goes $800 into the dealer's toke box.

The dude was nuts.

Very drunk guy in a 15-30 game at Borgata. Sits down and first hand keeps talking about "I want to raise as much as I possibly can!!!" every time the action is to him. Took about 6 minutes to play the first hand because he kept betting the wrong amount or acting out of turn or just making a scene about how much he wanted to bet. Anyway, he held A8 and an A came off on the river and was good in a 5 way pot or so. He dragged a pretty big pot and someone at the table mentioned "don't forget to tip the dealer". He grabs two handfuls of reds and places them in front of the dealer. Was about $150 or so I would guess.

I was card dead at the Bellagio playing 8/16, so when the new dealer sat down I told her I will split the next pot with her if she deals me the winning hand. I think I was at the CO... I looked down and found AA

The pot was huge, and my pair held up on the river (a fool called me down with King high, no draw). When I tried to give her 1/2 she wouldn't take it. So I gave her a huge tip anyway, I think it was like $30 or $40.

I think the most I have ever tipped is one red chip. One of my friends once tipped a cocktail waitress $25 for one drink.

I was playing 10/20 at the borg one night. There were about 4-5 dealers from other casinos at the table having a good time with each other and the dealer. They were tipping the dealer 25-50 bucks after every mid to large size pot and I saw one tip of over $100. The game was wicked good with 5-7 minimum to every flop, but I got a table change as soon as possible. They were taking way to much money off the table each orbit. 45 minutes after they all sat down, the table broke from everyone going to (or near) the felt.
