Default Simple play I invented - 5/10NL Party

Villain is 40/10 , no more reads despite that he is not a maniac but not too solid either.
Effective stacks : 1000$

Villain made it 40$ to go from UTG+1 I call on the button with red AA , blinds folded. Pot 95
flop : 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain pot it. I pushed. Idea is to get a call from someone who dont want to be pushed around by flush draw, maybe from KK,QQ or even JJ or A10, I dont want to wait to the turn cause any club or overcard to Villain's QQ/JJ may kill my action.
Thoughts ?

Simple play I invented

Did y'all know that I invented the check-raise semibluff in my basement eight and a half years ago. Someone beat me to the patent, though...

Do we have to pay you royalties now?

Ok forgive me. I meant that this play is new for me and I thought about this when I was called nnn time when I had flush draw here.
I didnt think its standard but I see I was wrong. Not boasting or anything like that intended just wanted to share the idea. Sorry for "invented" word.

best wishes

Only prob is that unless you have the image for it, you're losing too much value vs. worse hands in opponent's range for this line to even be *close* to optimal.

I'd like it better if you had A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Both for backup redraw, and it makes it easier to put you on A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or something similar.

If you're NOT overbetting like this with bluffs/semi-bluffs fairly often, the only times you win this hand are when you runner-runner him or spike an A.

Just raise pot and play it from there.

I think this is horrible...
Didn't anyone notice that it's a HUGEEE overbet(1000 into a 200 pot...?)
Unless you have a crazy image i'm sure there's other ways u could extract more from the hand.
