Slow down or Jam every street?
Drawless board (on the river), I must be up against a crazy 2 pair or set. Do you guys see any time to slow down or is this a jam all the way?
EDIT A small tell, Villian showed no hesitation when hitting the raise button postflop Thanks Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Re: Slow down or Jam every street?
Any reads on UTG? If he isn't a maniac, the only reasonable hands I can see him having are 99, A9 or AA (AQ is less likely as you have two of the Qs).
I don't see how you can slow down in this pot - if he has the aces and didn't reraise preflop then that's life, I suppose. |

Re: Slow down or Jam every street?
You'd think at some point this guy would be worried you had AA. I wonder why he didn't.

Re: Slow down or Jam every street?
you are behind exactly one hand, AA, and that would have been raised PF. wtf, man, dont slow down!
note: you said you are behind a crazy 2 pair or set...well u have the second highest set and own any 2 pair...so.... |

A small tell, Villain showed no hesitation when hitting the raise button postflop [/ QUOTE ] This tells me you're most likely on the right side of set over set, as I believe A9 or AQ would have slowed down by the river. Jam every street. |

Re: Slow down or Jam every street?
I know we give Lee Jones' WLLH some flack on this forum for being weak/tight. But one thing I learned from him was "if you don't loose a lot of chips when you loose with a set you played it wrong. Here that is not the case. Slowplayed AA are the only hand that beats you period. I would not slow down one bit, micro players would play 99, AQ the same posibly even AK. I might just call the raise on the river. That's the only place I'd really stop.
