I don't really know if you need to raise the flop in this situation, but I do think there isn't really a reason you need to slowplay. Given the preflop action, either of the other two in the hand could have AA, AK, or QQ, hands that aren't going anywhere. Might as well hope that one of those are there (or the AQ that wasn't willing to give up on his hand) and go ahead and put in a raise.

I agree with bmx - this is early in the tourney, and KK is just a pair that needs protection. I have seen UTG raises in the early levels with all kinds of speculative hands, he could easily have JTs for example. The reraiser of course probably has a serious hand. Your KK needs to be heads up at this stage, so you reraise big (350-400 or maybe even allin) and be happy if you collect the 200 right there, and probably end up heads up with the reraiser. </2020hindsight> - w
