Party Poker account closing

What works?

I've sent them over 6 emails, called them on the phone twice, both times being asked to send one more email to confirm closure. It's been over a month and they still haven't closed my account, who do I have to kill to get this done?

I asked to speak to the investigations department and they cleared everything up in like 5 minutes

Z out the balance to below $50 and they will kill the account within 3 months. Read the Terms of Service.

from what i've heard, just open a new account with all the same info.

within a day or two, they will freeze both accounts. then you call, and they make you close one of them. have them close the old one.

Acutally, I'm just guessing. Are there any dead people on this forum who can confirm or refute my hypothesis?

Whats the big deal if they close it or not? If you dont want to play there then just stop logging in. If you have to rely on them to close the account so you stop playing, im sure you have a gambling problem!!

talking to some affiliates, it's my understanding that they are wary of this now, for obvious reasons.
