Default Borgata other than Hold Em\' ?

Does the Borgata spread anything other than Hold Em' ?
Any Omaha games ? $5-10 Stud or higher ?

Let's hope the expansion next year (85 tables) isn't just for $3-6 & $1-2 NL tables.

The only Omaha 8/B I've seen is 80-160. They generally have one table of 15-30-45 stud, and I think they sometimes spread one table of 10-20-30 stud. But if you are looking for stud, go to the Taj.

We were talking about this at a table last night. The dealer said they would be able to spread different games like Omaha H/L, etc. My opinion is there will just be more baby NL games. They will spread what the market wants.

Last night they had a lower limit O/8 game going in addition to the 80-160 game, but I don't know exactly what stakes.

I agree, however, that the Borg will likely spread more baby NL games. It's what "they play on TV," and it's what's "cool" at the moment. Waiting lists for the 1-2 games can get as big as 80-90 deep on the weekends.

I've played in a 4/8 O/8 game there once and been on the list for it a couple times. Doesn't go that often, though.

They have spread a 4-8 O8 game with a 1/2 Kill, they used to spread a 15-30 or 20-40 O8 game but that hasn't gone off in a very long time. The 15-30-45 and or 10-20-30 stud is a gem of a game, always the same guys and always terrible.

My goal when they open the new room is to get a 20-40 mixed game going OE 2-way or HOE.

The 80-160 mixed game there is absolutely disgusting in terms of action, but you better have ALOT of money to sit in the Omaha round bc it's ram-jam city. Also, my Omaha game is not great - one of my New Year's resolutions is to get extremely proficient at that game so I can sit the mixed comfortably. I got a ways to go though...

What games do they run in the Borgata 80-160 mix?

I've been wondering for a while, how do you get everyone to play all the rounds instead of the ones they are really good at? I mean if say a Omaha specialist is there, how do they ensure that he plays stud and hold'em rather than walking during those rounds? Or do people just take walks?

Does anybody know if Borgata has a $5-10 stud game ?
I played it at the Trop this week. It was REAL good, lots of fish not tight at all.
I know the Taj has 4-5 tables of $5-10 stud, but filled with rocks.

I guess the term "mixed" is a bit inaccurate. It is half Hold 'Em and Half Omaha 8. So it is really 80-160 Half and Half...many of the tougher players in the game play simply to beat the hell out of the hold em specialists every other down. But mostly it is loose as hell and great. Once in awhile the game will become all Omaha8 or they will insert Stud8. But typically the game is what it is.
