Default Hold \'em Poker for Advanced Players, 4th edition??

My favorite book is Hold 'em Poker for Advanced Players by Sklansky and Malmuth. There have been three editions to this book (1988, 1994 and the 21st century edition released in 1999). Due to the recent hold 'em explosion and how that has so dramatically changed the game since the last edition of this book (e.g., looser pots, far more knowledgeable players, etc.), I was wondering if anyone has heard any rumblings/rumors about a fourth edition. Also, if there is a fourth edition, here's a vote to add a "Hand Quizzes" section. The "Hand Quizzes" section of Small Stakes Hold 'em is invaluable. It is the only thing missing from the Advanced text.
