How long does it usually take to get a response from support? I signed up for the VFP program on their website, have played my 10 hrs this week and have not heard anything from them. I e-mailed them twice yesterday and still have not heard anything.

You'll get your money the night between Sunday and Monday. They pay out at the end of each week. I didn't get a confirmation email either, but I did get my first payment as scheduled.

How did they pay you -- direct transfer in your account?

Did they itemize the amount?

(i.e. -- you played 6 table-hours of 2/4, so that's $36, and then you played 4 table-hours of 3/6, so that's $36, so you get $72)?

Straight into the account, and just the total listed. Something like "VFP Payment April 11 - April 16 $154"

Yep, and talking to one of the developers I learned that they plan to pay 1 minute after midnight between Sun and Mon, though this time it happened at 7am or so. Probably so staff could be on hand if things went sideways.

the developers also said that they plan to have itemized tracking for the club very soon.

I emailed them 4-5 times in the first couple days with no response, then they sent an email back saying they had been overwhelmed with support questions, and answered one of mine.

Then they said they were aware of my other emails and would be responding shortly. The nest day another reply, answering all my previous questions in one email.

Haven't had a need to email since then.
