everybody gets 2 (or three cards) face down, no draw, no nothing.
theres an ante and blinds
any good?

Dont they have that in casinos already? It's called 3 Card Poker I think.

Here's a simple game I came up with when drunk:

everyone gets 5 cards down, one betting round, only one unit can be bet.

there are no antes or blinds

but if you bet and no one calls, you can declare "call the fold", and if your hand is worse than everyone elses you win one unit from everyone else

recomended: units represent a drink of one shot

i think it would be 100% skill
also, i was thinking about having 2 betting rounds, but probably not

Look up 3 card brag. Slightly different because the rules on raising/calling are not the same as regular poker.
