Seven Card Stud books
Aside from dabbling, I am a semi-novice at 7CS. But I am looking to take it up as my next game of choice. Do you guys have any book recommendations? I am considering getting Sklansky's book, but I'm pretty sure I'll want a more "intermediate level" supplement book with that.
Just 7CS Hi, not H/L. |

Re: Seven Card Stud books
Low limit games/basic strategy:
1. Greatest Book of Poker for Winners by Epstein. Mason Malmuth has given a good review to this book, particularly the beginner 7CS advice. 2. Roy West's book. 3. 7CS Chapter in Super System I Higher limits/more advanced 1. 7CS for Advanced Players |

Re: Seven Card Stud books
sorry to hijack slightly,
is the 7cstud section in SS2 pretty much cut and paste from the first one? I have never read either one, but would like to buy one for other games I want to start dabling in more. |

Re: Seven Card Stud books
There's a 7CS section in SS2?

Re: Seven Card Stud books
No, the 7CS section in the original SS, by Reese, is not in the second one.

[/ QUOTE ] There is no regular 7CS section in SS2, only a 7CS Hi-Lo 8 or better section (by Todd Brunson). |
