Default JJ vs. all-in checkraise

Early stages of a 20+2 SNG. The first limper is rather loose, as is the BB. No read on the other limpers.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (9 handed) converter

UTG (t1990)
UTG+1 (t1940)
MP1 (t1487)
MP2 (t1347)
MP3 (t1625)
Hero (t1650)
Button (t688)
SB (t1278)
BB (t1495)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls t30, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls t30, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP3 calls t30, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t150</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls t120, UTG calls t120, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 raises to t1625</font>

Is this a clear fold, or should I be reading something more into this?

EDIT: Mistyped the title...should be all-in limp-reraise.
