Default TT from BB, 20+2 stars hand

I had recently lost a AA vs KK battle and my stack was cut down by 2K to the villian.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (9 handed) converter

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

UTG (t2875)
<font color="#C00000">UTG+1 (t2300)</font>
MP1 (t1685)
MP2 (t4125)
MP3 (t2365)
CO (t4270)
Button (t1800)
SB (t1175)
<font color="#C00000">Hero (t2605)</font>

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls t100, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to t200</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t700</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 calls t600</font>, CO folds.

Flop: (t1650) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

Well I wasn't expecting "just" a call from UTG+1. I figured a possible fold, or raise from UTG+1 and depeding on UTG+1's action a push or call from CO.

As it played out UTG+1 called 600 and the min-raiser folded.

1) What range of hands warrents a limp and call of a reraise ??? (Previously UTG+1 pushed over my 3xBB raise with KK)

2) How do you play flop given that range of hands ???

1) At a $20 tourney almost anything. Any pair, AT+, suited broadways. I'd bet the flop.

2) Bet flop. About 1/2 the pot or so.
