Applying TOP and HEFAP to SSNL

Title pretty much says it.

I'm trying to study a better approach to the game maybe... experiement with some different styles. Has anyone studied Theory of Poker and/or Hold'em for Advanced Plyaers, specifically to apply the text to small stakes NL games?

I feel like there is very little good writing about NL cash games, but studying 2+2 material would be the best thing overall.
