Let's review.......we have been given proof of a terrorist method of operation, in at least 3 recent documented parts of the world: Israel, Iraq, and London, whereby backpacks are all the rage for suicuide bombers. Backpacks in densley populated areas are weapons for slaughtering innocents. Proven? absolutely. Is this the only method of the enemies of civlized people used by the crazies? Nope. But wouldn't our leaders be negligent to do nothing? But this lawsuit is exactly what the aclu wants - aiding and abetting our enemy. If they win this suit, it further removes another tool of the authorities to help us protect our innocent civilians that use public transportation. Which, by default, only helps our enemies.
