why do you say its standard?
do you really think he's just check/calling your flop and turn bets with a better hand than yours? only KJ makes a straight on the river but i highly doubt hes calling your flop bet with KJ. why not make a river value bet? you're ahead here over 90% of the time I would imagine so why not suck more money out of him?

no reads, no stats getting called down on an uncoordinated board.

Bet the river, I say $5 - $8. You're leaving money on the table not betting this and getting called by A9 or K9 or A4 or other garbage. IMO this check is weak and its a clear value bet.

Check behind when the draws hit.

Not value betting in situations like this is a huge leak. What is he calling with that beats you on the river? 9Q? 10q? kj? all unlikely. He looks you up here with ALOT of hands, and folds his draws, but those ALOT of hands earn you ALOT of BB/100.

I haven't read the results yet, but he hasn't shown strength. I'd continue to bet, maybe 1/3rd the pot hoping to get a crying call from the worst hand. If he had a set or two pair, he would have (or should have) bet on the river, and there's absolutely no reason to put him on KJ. If he check-raises, I gladly push.

EDIT:
Read the results. Pretty passive play from villain. I'd make a note of the player that he was insanely passive, and move on.
