So I woke up with the worst hangover ever. Puked a bunch in the morning, have been feeling horrible all day. Still have a minor head ache. Vowed not to play at all. Then found out Empire put $10 into all 3 of my empire accounts. Then min bought into 3 $50nl 6max tables. Then had $12 on each table. Then bought into 3 $11 SNGs. Then got one first and two seconds.

I went to sleep at 4 and woke up at 7 with the worst midsection pain I ever had. Then after crapping my life out, I sat down and instantly jumped up 10BB at some soft 5/10 tables, then decided I was done and went back to sleep.

I go to Subway a lot. A month ago I thought 'ok f all that bacon chicken steak cheese meatball crap, I'm gonna eat healthy from now on.'

I proceed to buy a tuna sub for a week, before I read the nutrition guide and realise it has the most grams of fat by far.

I pm'ed doc flynn earlier re: IBS, or some form of it which I may have developed. I seriously believe Subway may be the cause of it.

You're concerned about your weight Yeti? When I picture you, I imagine a guy who weights < 80 lbs.

I am tall, have always been v slim, 6'2 11stone ish. Developed a gut in the last year and put on about a stone or so. Just trying to do a bit of jogging and eath healthier.
