boneless/skinless grilled chicken breast with melted fontina cheese
halibut with some type of light sauce involving balsamic vinegar
roasted red potatoes
herbed baby carrots

I had a packet of mini cheddars for tea.

But for lunch i went to the pub and had a roast chicken.
