Default Blind Steal and he plays back at me...

Not much of a read here. The only other hand I saw him play he came in for a raise preflop and wound up folding on the turn after a king hits and he had raised a JTx two diamond flop.

I think I misplayed this in trying to play back at someone who most probably thought I was stealing the blind and I of course thought he was just trying to resteal with the call/bet line. Then he 3-bets and I think I'm screwed here. I put him on a Ax, Kx, and small to medium pocket pair perhaps, but even with that information should I have raised and then what happens when he 3-bets?

we should probably just fold to this bet, but i hate doing that with probably 6 outs for you overs, a BDFD, and a goofy SD- to respect my blind steals, i simply call the intial bet and see what happens on the turn.

There is no sense in raising the flop. The turn will define your hand.
