Any Movie Genre you just can't bring yourself to watch?

Westerns

I can't watch westerns.
These films are so dirty, dusty and geez the heat.

These characters are usually clothed up to there necks and waring ponchos and hats all in 100 degree heat.

Didn't anyone every think damm I'm dyin in these clothes maybe I should cut the sleeves of this shirt.

Watch Unforgiven. It's set in Wyoming, so there is no heat and dryness, just lots of rain. Oh, and the story is spectacular. Seriously, don't give up on Westerns until you check this one out.

No, but my wife watches afternoon "judge" shows, and I literally want to tear my hair out. Listening to all these people who just really need to learn to shut up makes me want to scream.

Tombstone and Unforgiven are great. Open Range w/ Kevin Costner, Robert Duvall and Annette Bening wasnt bad either. I think that counts as a western.

I can't watch any film I label a 'chick' film. It's very easy to distinguish a chick film from a regular film. A chick film stars one or more of the following:

Meryl Streep
Whoopi Goldberg
Sally Field
Dolly Parton
Olivia Dukakus
etc.

There are others I cannot remember right now, but the names trigger a 'quick run away let the wife do this one alone' response from deep inside my brainstem. (Talking DVDs of course, I retire to my office to play some game in a tight/agressive way that I won't mention and let my wife do her crying or whatever in the [censored] she does with such drivel)
