Default Purnell open donks.

What do you guys think of this? Is a weak suited king playable in this spot? Table is fairly loose.

Ya, It felt nasty. my vpip is too low, around 15%, and I'm trying to open up a little, but this is of course ridiculous. Thanks.

At a fairly loose table with a poster it's certainly not ridiculous. But I wouldn't play it in this spot.

It's playable IF, and only IF, you flop the flush with the redraw to the OESF. So good premonition here.

But seriously, I probably play suited kings (K9s and below) in late position with an adequate number of limpers to give me good implied odds for the flush. With K7s you pretty well have to hit the flush draw for it to be profitable.

Ya, position is the key. The poster influeced my decision. What I was afraid of is it could be 3 back to me if poster raises and button has a decent hand. Very marginal play on my part. I sho 'nuff liked that flop though.

Everyone is trying to do this. Worry more about your postflop play and the VPIP problem will solve itself.
