you do still have pleanty of time to educate yourself though. and i imagine you do care about politics somewhat because of you posting on a politics message board. i still say why not enlighten yourself and vote?

Yes, I do have some interest. But I'm also incredibly frustrated with, and disgusted by, the entire process.

That would make all of the non-metro states powerless against the interests of the coastal big city states like NY, and Cali. Bad idea. Alexander Hamiltons compromise has already been watered down enough.

The election is not about you feeling good about yourself.

It is about selecting one person to be President. For that purpose, it works fine.

Agreed. Republics have a better success rate than democracies anyway.

That would only make your vote worth even less. Do you understand why?

That's because democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.

You do have a right to vote or not vote.

Are you telling everyone that you don't care about one issue? There are alot of things that Bush has done that has me pissed off. Since this is a poker site I'll bring the internet poker issue. The GOP controlled congress is trying to outlaw internet poker by calling internet poker players terrorist.(I'll get the Bill number if you ask) If you care about issues like this go out and vote for someone that is not anti-gambling.
