Without some kind of read on the table I generally fold this in 55's and can't imagine the 200's are different enough to make folding wrong. It is kind of close though, I believe I would push 99 here, maybe 88 also. 66 though just doesn't seem like quite enough of a hand. With had a smallish stack I would push 66 but this stack is anything but smallish.

Really eh? That surprises me.

If I was one space nearer the blinds, I would probably raise. Or perhaps if the stack sizes weren't as they are (I'm especially looking at the button's and BB's).. I can't see anything good coming out of a raise here. And a push I believe is thin on the +$EV stakes if at all.. So, as Noah said, I fold because every other option seems to suck.

Eh, yeah it is a pretty thin push. Basically neutral EV against reasonable ranges so I could see wanting to fold. I think raising is a reasonable play though. Make it 350 and you can fold to a push although folding is fine. I don't think it really matters much here.

I think it takes very special circumstances to make pushing correct with a 10+BB relevant stack. Sometimes I raise to about 450 (425 - 475, where ever my clicker ends up ), sometimes I fold. I don't know which is better.

i usually raise to 400. is raising to 400ish bad because players tend to reraise all in?

the real problem is that when they do, you're likely to make a bad mistake, either by folding to AK or calling AA. also it's going to be difficult to play a flop profitably if someone calls.

350 saves a lot of chips.
