I PM-ed Greg because he is the moderator of my forum, so I want to help him out. In the past, I've been aided by his posts, so I'm happy to give him some assistance.

To the people who PM-ed me: I am NOT going to respond. Please don't take this as intending any disrepect, or distill my attitude to 'you scratch my back...'

Greg has worked hard to get to where he is, so he deserves some help if I think I can give it. Maybe you've worked hard too, but I don't know.

Greg, you POS bastard, this is a sensitive industry! I like you, though, so I'll help you out.

Your wife should read the T&C of every site she whores, before she whores it. This is the first step towards being a good whore. She should start searching through the web to find affilliate sites with lists of bonuses. Then she should read through BW until she finds out (and understands) all the math stuff involved. Then she should go out and whore all the affilliate site bonuses she can find, but she should never click on those links.

She should have a good idea of what her bankroll is, and read a bunch of blackjack information sites: bjmath, wizardofodds, blackjackinfo, etc. She should understand risk of ruin, what her optimal bet sizes are, etc. She should make her own 2p2 account and bw account. She should make an excel sheet to keep track of where her money is, what accounts she's made, and to do some routine (but complex) calculations for her, and finally...

...when this happens, and she has an understanding of what she's doing, as well as some rudimentary understanding of the industry and how fragile it is, she should shut the fuck up about it.

Edit: With a 10k roll, I've done 3200 worth of EV and only made 1200. There's some bonuses I couldn't have done with a smaller roll, and I've made some mistakes already.

Yeah -- thanks for the help. I likely should have thought more before making this post. I did not deeply consider/think of ramifications. I get it (I should have thought more before posting.) A short bump won't hurt since this post is near the top but feel free to let this thread die now.

I should know better than n00b mistakes, but no one is perfect. (I was not advocating gnoming btw -- my REAL LIFE wife is genuinely interested in doing this.)
