Villain put in 75 to win 75. That may mean anything from a strong hand to nothing. We just don't know.

You are putting in 745 to win 150. That usually means you do not have a very strong hand.

After your all-in villain has to put in his last 500 to win about 1150. If he has something (any something) he likely will call because of pot odds.

You risk being crippled to either gain 150 for free or surviving a show down where you are a dog. The reward is not taking you very far. Edit: (OK, surviving the show down would). Being crippled is a high price to pay.

He's betting 75 into a 120 pot. Most of the time you have 14 outs, meaning you have direct pot odds to call for just the turn.

Why risk your whole stack now when you aren't getting a fold?

Yeah, cold call and raise are close. But push is daft. Raise if you think he will not re-raise, obviously. It will disguise your hand better on the turn.
