PartyMine problem on startup

I know this project is currently in limbo, but I was wondering if any of you guys have had this similar problem. I've downloaded the program, installed it, have the latest Java, get the 30 days experation notice, and then nothing. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail, and after that, I'm not sure what to try. Anyone else have any clue why this might be happening? My system is fairly normal I think, it's a homebuilt AMD system running XP Pro. The program isn't very graphics/sound intensive, so I wouldn't see why there's a conflict there. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

There should be some log files in the install directory, look through those and send me any Exceptions or anything that looks like an error.
