Default Getting checkraised on the river after the draw gets there

I hadn't been playing very long with this guy, but from I had seen over an orbit or two, he wasn't anyone to really stand out. Too loose pre-flop, just a generic bad party player, but definately not a LAG. Can I safely lay this down on the river after getting check raised once the flush draw hits, or is this a case of big pot, don't lay down a decent hand? Or, since I couldn't lay my hand down to a check raise, should I have checked in the first place and hoped to get to have it checked behind as well?

You also have to bet the river, you'd cry if it was checked through by a weaker Q.

Pretty much dont even need to post a hand for this one, Passive players dont c/r flush boards w/o the goods

See above... not 1 in 15, probably not 1 in 20.

Why can't you lay down your hand to a c/r? In the short list of reasons why you might check the river with top pair, fear of getting raised shouldnt even come up.
