Default Attempted Blind Steal

Absolute Poker .5/1, 8 handed. Table has been very tight and somewhat aggressive...BB just sat down recently but has seemed a little looser pre-flop than the others, but just as tight postflop, only thru a few orbits tho.

I couldn't get the hand converter to work, I hope this looks all right.

Seat 1 - Sitting Out $25 in chips
Seat 2 - MP1 $37.06 in chips
Seat 3 - MP2 $6.50 in chips
Seat 4 - HERO (CO) $22.85 in chips
Seat 6 - Button - $103 in chips
Seat 7 - SB $56.85 in chips
Seat 8 - BB $7.75 in chips
Seat 9 - UTG $31.20 in chips

HERO - Pocket [As,3s]
3 folds, HERO RAISES, 2 folds, BB calls

*** FLOP [2s,6h,3d] *** (4 SB)
BB - Checks, HERO - Bets, BB - Calls

*** TURN [2s,6h,3d,Ad] *** (3 BB)
BB-Checks, HERO-Bets $1, BB-Raises $1 to $2, HERO-Raises $1 to $3, BB-Raises $1 to $4, HERO-Calls $1

*** RIVER [2s,6h,3d,Ad,Kh] *** (11 BB)
BB - Bets $1, HERO - Calls $1

Not sure about the turn and river action. When he first raised on the turn I thought he had just hit a single pair of aces, but the cap made me wonder about an unlikely slowplayed str8 w. 45 or possibly A6s for a better two pair. After the cap I didn't really think I was ahead but felt I had to call down w/aces up. Did I overplay the turn, underplay the river, what should I be considering here?

Don't think you overplayed the turn. River is OK, but I don't think it would be bad to raise it, either, BB may just be stacking off by then.

I think when BB c/r the turn, that he probably had at least a pair of A's beat. Likely possibilities may have been A2,A3,A6 or perhaps a slow-played set. However he may also have had Ax and thought that you were overplaying a smaller pocket pair.

So I think that I would have called the turn raise and river bet, as the least expensive way to see a showdown.
