couple of thoughts. if his stack size is such that he will push with an unimproved AK (i guess at the time you cant know if he will do that) then he's gonna see all 5 cards anyway and it makes no difference except letting you fold if an A flops, so I guess I like it. I don't see why you would fold a K high flop though, isnt that the same as a Q high flop basically? Sounds like a sound plan to me, although a damn close call.

I'm not saying I will *necessarily* fold it, but the assumption about a K-high flop and Q-high flop being basically the same is not accurate, IMO. There's a somewhat bigger chance that a tight player will fold AQ (especially AQo) from UTG+1 and will not play it - which is almost never true for AK. The probabilities of him holding AQ or AK are therefore not the same.

meh, I guess. i dont think anybody folds near enough to make that much of a difference though.
