Question for the dealers out here.

Something that i hear again and again is that there is no mis deals in hold em. But i have read roberts rules of poker and others and see that there are a number of instances that a mis deal is done. Where did "There are no misdeals in hold em" com from?

They always say that there is only a misdeal if one of the 2 first cards dealt gets exposed.

Yes, that is correct, but there are other circumstances such as the dealer button out of place and so on. Consult Robert's rules for further clarification.
