Rebuy tournament strategy

Can anyone point me to some good threads on this topic please, how to adjust your tournament strategy when rebuys and addons are available.

Is it good strategy to immediately take a rebuy if this is allowed?

I think the general strategy is to rebuy immediately, but only once. Play tight within the rebuy period and try to double up on the maniacs. Take the add-on and take it from there...

Only once? How about rebuy every chance you get, and if you get more chips for the Add-on than you do for a rebuy always take that too. How LAG you want to get is up to you and the subject of much debate around these parts.
