Default graphs

what's that program that i see lots of people on here post screenshots of with a graph of their winrate over time? i imagine it's reading their PT databases. thanks.

ps. does anyone know how to get it to work with a postgres database? i did it on my old computer, i used some directions outlining some MS access hackery - it involved making a access database file that was an odbc connection to the postgres DB. i found the directions on a forum somewhere and can't find them again, can anyone help?
