Default Eurobet cashout ?

I apologize if this has been asked here before. I imagine it has, but I don't visit the IG forum too often. I just had a cashout of about 2200 to neteller blocked from Eurobet. This was part of a few months worth of rakeback that I had my affiliate directly deposit it the SPORTS account. I sent their customer service a message asking why it had been blocked I received the following message:

We are writing to inform you that your neteller withdrawal has been blocked and credited back to your Eurobet account as the amount requested was not produced from winnings.

Kind regards,
xxxxx
Eurobet Customer Services.

Anyone else had similar problems? Is there a quick solution? It is upsetting because afterall, my money is my money. However, I do kind of understand where they are coming from and can deal with the inconviences of the policy. It is just right now I could use that money to pay a fat credit card bill and buy some plane tickets. Would it make a difference if I just "laundered" it back into POKER and then moved it back to SPORTS and then tried to withdraw it to my neteller account? Keep in mind also that I have a considerable sum in my eurobet account and that I don't want to do anything silly that would get my account and my money in jeopardy.

I had this too. The only way to solve it was to deposit via debit card for a small amount, then withdraw the lot back via the same method.

For some, god only knows what reason, they allowed me to do this, but not when I did it via Neteller.

Verdict: Donks.

Transfer it to poker.. Play like 20 raked hands on the low limits and then transfer back to sports and withdraw.
