I know one of them is Josh Ewing....He is very short stacked though.

does the payout structure in this tournament strike anyone as really really steep? having to place 35th or better just to double your buyin in an 800 person tourney? and 1st pays 20x what 10th pays?

I dunno, maybe this is standard. It just seems wierd that in a tournament where first gets $2m, 21st gets $34k.

I agree, I think making it inot the top 5% of a field like that deserves 5x buyin at least.

hmph. i guess it's normal then. just struck me as a bit wierd for some reason.

maybe it's because of the way they flattened the WSOP payout structure. i'm all disoriented.
