Should I have done anything differently here? I was thinking of check raising the turn, but wasn't sure if he would go along, he might become suspicious and check behind.

If I'm reading this right, MP3 lost 6000 of his 7800 chips. DONK

That was quite good play. Very enticing 1800 bet with 6000 in pot.

Yes, he left behind a little under 1800, and even though he has to know he is behind (he said later he had a pocket pair) I gotta imagine that he has great pot odds here, but he did end up lasting longer than I did in this thing, ended up getting a 54K stack within 30 minutes of this.

I am guessing that there probably wasn't a better way to get the most chips out here, I was afraid a check raise would get him to fold on the flop, and didn't want him to check behind on the turn to see a free river if he had a flush draw or a pocket pair, so I did the stop and go and it worked out fairly well.
