Re: Suited Flop Against a pot betting monkey
for all the push monkeys. Not sure villain has as many outs as everyone thinks. I think he could be behind a big pocket pair that may contain a heart...if that's the case he has likely no fold equity and his flush outs are no good. Not sure a push is as easy as everyone thinks. This is a disaster for hero if villain has A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Ax. I think his straight outs are possibly the only good outs...that and another 9 I'd guess.

Re: Suited Flop Against a pot betting monkey
I believe that this has to be taken as an OESD and TP...the flush can pretty much be disregarded in alot of cases as you could be drawing dead with hearts.
That said...I probably call and reevaluate. If it comes a heart...I"m playing very passively. If it comes a J or 6, I'm still playing it passively. If it comes a brick, I'm betting and folding to resistance. This hand could be VERY bad for hero |

[ QUOTE ] Push. [/ QUOTE ] OK, you push monkeys. Convince me with a poker argument, maybe a little math, why pushing is best here. I'm not convinced by your one-liners. Pot is $8.20, Hero has $27 behind. Re: Suited Flop Against a pot betting monkey
how often are we going to be drawing to half the pot and/or going against a hand has enough of it to call his all in pretty much all of the time.
