Default TT posts a hand (a rarity lately eh?)

Since I haven't posted in ages, I might as well put up a really good one! Pre and post first draw.

1) Predraw I limp-re-raise. I want action, better let these loose aggressive players do my work for me.

2) RichYamz says "this time your 8 is no good TT" and then bets. Of course I know better, and decide to overcall. It may have backfired (perhaps not)

U likey? I hope so!

I'd be so confused playing this hand against you that I'd almost want to call just to see the wheel.

Other than not raising the 2nd round, I think you played this well. The problem with not raising the 2nd round is that it defines your hand too well. There just aren't that many reasonable holdings for you to have. Also, most people will usually call 2 small bets on this street.

Ah, good point. 2 small bets on this street is very commonly called by poor players, when in reality unless the pot was HUGE I often would fold here if I was one of the opponents. My goal was to go for the overcall, to keep 2nd opponent in the hand as long as possible hoping to meet his draw (which he obviously did not!). This is a rare slowplaying scenario that I thought worked rather well, If I was one of my opponents I'd assume I had a rough made hand the way I played it, not the strong 7 I actually had.

Here I was hoping it was going to be me pwning you at Razz this morning.

I agree with random -- you've built this pot so nicely, nobody's folding to two bets on the second round.

This morning? Did I miss something?

I'm down for ttonight or Thursday's tourny, let me know. I could use a good pwning, I haven't played in 2 months I think.

Still Sunday to me when I wrote that. Or late Saturday night maybe, presuming your name on FT is similar to UB.

I'll probably play the 9 am today and try to make the two Thursday tourneys.

Thursday night is also the RGP Open Razz event. Not sure if I'll try to play that and the two FT tourneys, but I'm leaning that way.

Impossible for me. We can always play one of those sit& gos together. I played one 2 nights ago, the opponents are horrific calling stations! Yum!
