Default Last minute FF QB question

So who to start?:
Michael Vick @ Carolina
Steve McNair @ Indianapolis

I'm surprised at the overwhelming vote for Vick. ESPN's H & V have Vick at 15 points while McNair's at 18. And Carolina's D is supposed to be pretty solid.

I'm a pretty new to FF, so maybe someone could enlighten me as to why Vick is crushing McNair in this poll?

The Carolina/Atlanta game will be a shootout: two divisonal foes fighting for a playoff spot. Carolina does have a solid D, but so does Indy, and I wouldn't be surprised to see McNair get injured by Freeney, then again Vick isn't Mr. Healthy either. Please help me:

The shootout part makes sense. But Indy's probably gonna lead most (if not all) of the game, so doesn't that mean Tennessee's gonna be playing catch up? I'm partial to McNair because he's done incredibly well for me, especially last week.

BTW, I did vote in your poll for Smith and Ward.

When a team is playing catchup, they become one-dimensional, and good defenses, such as Indy, can key in on this. The votes in this poll do seem a bit skewed to me, McNair isn't a horrible option.

if there was a poll option for "vick, but mcnair a very close second" i'd take that - i agree that tennessee will be playing from behind so yardage-wise you should see a lot out of mcnair... whether or not that translates into TD's or INT's is the question... i voted for vick

Well, I'm going with Vick. We'll see how well that does...

Vick - 5 points
McNair - 6 points
Guess it really didn't matter. I was gonna get dominated by the other team anyway...
