Default Was I out of line in a \'stars 5+.50 5table?

Third hand of tournament. My BR is more than large enough to cover busting first. My main concern is to maximize my hourly as opposed to my ROI. I four table these and will attemmpt to 8 table them within months. I lost this hand but it's something I'll do every time in this situation and I want to know if I'm out of line. I do have the goal of moving up in stakes eventually.

I'm EP, raise 4x w/QQ, all fold until I get reraised in LP all-in and I call, it's heads up. He shows me AKo and hits his A. No big deal, I move on, zero tilt factor.

I can't see laying down QQ to an all-in at this stage of a low buyin tournament, although I gather flipping for your stack is frowned upon this early. My thought was that there are so many more ways for him to be dealt AK than there are for him to be dealt AA or KK.

Should I adjust my thinking?

If not at this level, at what stake should I adjust my thinking and consider a fold here?
