Keeping Party Sub Money

I've heard that if you sign up a sub-affiliate on Party and do not keep bringing players on that you lose the sub and the sub money...is this true? If so, what are the exact requirements? I couldn't find this in the Terms and Conditions.

I have heard, but do not know for a fact, that you will lose your status if you do not keep actively bringing in new players, at least in some form. This makes sense, so that you couldn't just sign up your friend one time and keep the rake.
