Ukbetting poker promotion reversals

I just finished clearing My monthly bonus at UK and checked my account to find it was about 50 pounds short. On checking my statement, there were two 25 pound withdrawls. I called ECash and was told that UK had started reversing promotions about 20 minutes ago. This would be my bonuses from this month AND last. ECash has no idea what is going on, but stated that they had recieved many phone calls about this. They advised me to call again in 12hrs and they hope they will know what is going on at that point. I imagine this will be resolved, but just in case you might want to avoid depositing until it is.

I just checked my TotalBet account and it has similar deductions.

I did the casino monthlies this morning for total and uk. The UKbetting bonus was credited immediatley after completing requirements, but the Totalbet still hasnt been credited after 5-6 hours. No money taken from my account tho. Hopefully they resolve this stuff soon.

I just finished clearing both totalbet and ukbetting, and both bonuses were credited instantly in my case. Of course, it's hard to be targeted as a bonus abuser when you drop 50 pounds at totalbet playing blackjack and 100 pounds an ukbetting playing pontoon in order to chase 25 pound bonuses. Played perfect strategy, and quit once my WR reached 500. Variance sucks.

I completed the UK bonus playing poker, as I have for last many months. The 2 hours I completed last night were credited immediately, but when I finished up today there was no credit, just the withdrawals. Didn't even do the Total Bet bonus, they just subtracted the two 25 pound deductions from my acct.

OK.....I think I finally got a straight answer from Ecash on this. UK and Total sent out e-mails last week telling people that they would be taking casino bonus money out of their accounts if they were not using it. Just a tidy up the books type of thing.

I recieved this e-mail but didn't pay any attention because I had not knowingly recieved any of these bonuses for many months. I say knowingly, because as you all know, when you look at your cashier page on these sites, you have a balance and a withdrawal limit and any pending bonuses show up in the balance. This, of course makes your balance higher than your withdrawal limit, and creates much confusion amongst 1st time whores. Well, I had not been credited any pending bonuses beyond my poker bonus for many months. Back to the story, Ecash realizes that with the number of accounts they have "reversed these casino bonuses" from, that they have actually taken money from the wrong place......in this case from the withdrawable funds in some accts.

If this has happened to you, you need to call them and they need to investigate your claim and hopefully restore your money. I'll let you know how this works out.

They seem, at this point, to be pretty up front. Even admitted to making mistakes. Unfortunately it took me 3 phone calls over 24 hrs to get this info, and the only reason I think I got any good info was that on the 3rd call I could only understand about 1/2 of what the gentleman said.....so he got his manager for me.

Of course, that assumes that any of this info IS good.

Are these bonuses credit after you hit the wr or do they appear in your balance after you deposit?

I started playing the casinos last month and had old bonuses sitting there, so I don't know if they appear immediately or after you play the hands.

You now have to clear the WR first at Totalbet and ukbetting. They changed about two months ago. If they start banning like Omni at least it will only be after doing $500 in wr and not $4000.
