I was under the impression that Halladay and Garland were the 2 front runners.

One of the dumbest things I heard just before Halladay got hurt was someone saying, "Look at this, 80% of people in this poll in the paper think Halladay is the best pitcher in the league." I said, "80% of people polled by the Toronto Sun in Toronto think Halladay's the best pitcher?!? Well, I am over-f'in-whelmed." Bunch of homers here, but I'd say he's still top 5. Swept by Rangers this weekend may be the downturn of the season. Ricciardi needed to get one or two more decent starters and I thought the Jays had a real shot.
