m1illion...don't boycott the MGM for that reason... I know a lot of dealers that layed off the practice of tipping the floors since the 90 day evaluation period ended...(for those that aren't aware, Vegas is notorious for cutting employees within a certain amount of time no matter what casino you are working at...) We aren't forced to tip the floors...some still chose to, others chose not to... Being forced to do it is absolutely rediculous...
