Dealing with transfer limitations and bonuses

I've run into several bonuses, such as 10% upto $100 or 15% upto $100, that require deposits of greater than $500 to get maximum value.

Neteller and ePassporte both limit me to a $500 maximum transfer. This obviously cuts into my bonuses.

How can I best deal with this?

I've transfered $1000 at a time with Neteller with no problem.

I think your first deposit is limited, but subsequent ones aren't i've deposited a few k at once no probs.
